What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other secure payment methods mentioned on our checkout page.

How long will delivery take?

Inside Dhaka: 2–3 working days.
Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days (depending on courier services).

What are the delivery charges?

Inside Dhaka: 60 BDT.
Outside Dhaka: 120 BDT.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation call or SMS. Our support team can also assist you with order tracking.

Can I return or replace a product?

Yes. You can request a return or replacement within 3 days of receiving your order if:

You received the wrong product.
The product is damaged or defective.

How do I cancel an order?

Orders can be canceled before shipping by contacting our customer support team. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are issued in case of order cancellation or valid return requests (as per our Refund Policy).
